Hi It would be very useful and extremely good for customers to be notified when new content is added to their course. Currently when I add a new lesson the customer is blissfully unaware of this new content. If they received an email saying βHey you have new content in your courseβ (Login) They would be motivated to go check it out. This keeps customers active and coming back to the portal so that they also get to see new products. Currently when I upload I then send an Aweber broadcast email to my COMPLETE list in the hope that my PD customers will see it and respond. This is a very hit and miss affair. Users who are participating in an onlinecourse need to be able to easily track their progress. It needs to be easy to where you are and which sections they already worked on. I'll attach a picture of what I consider a good progress tracker.

Currently there is not blocking after several failed login attempts. I suggest improved security by blocing users after several failed login attempts and implementing longer default passwords due to this missing security feature.

GoHighLevel is one of the top digital marketing systems for agencies. It has webhooks for integrations. It would be great if we can integration ProductDyno to Gohighlevel, which is my preferred choice for Email Automation.

This should really be a default feature for those with DM functionality on their PD accounts. DM should be able to be enabled at product level WITHIN a collection. Currently, if the product is part of a collection, the only way to enable DM messaging is at collection level. That means it's enabled for EVEY product within that collection. I have a product within a collection that is for private coaching students only and that is the only product I want DM messaging enabled on... Really, this should be standard.

As content is consumed, points or a tally-of-tasks-completed is accumulated and displayed for the customer. A simple version of this would be an optional check-box element could be added to pages - just like "Add Image", "Add text" elements are currently provided. Then each checkbox is checked-off by the customer as they finish consuming the current lesson. This would act as a "bookmark" for when the customer returns. Also, a simple percentage of "unchecked" tasks could provide an indicator of how much material still remains in the course. A more advanced feature would be to reward different points (as defined by the course creator) for various actions. Complete watching a video is 10 points. Downloading a PDF is 5 points and reading some text is 2 points. I don't think the software would have to automatically "know" when these tasks are completed - it would be up to the customer to check-off the actions they complete. A tally of points could place on any page via a drag-and-drop element. Likewise, a leaderboard element could be placed on any page showing the top X number of active customers.

When, for some reason, the member doesn't get the mail, even in spam it would be good to be able to resend the log-in details

If I add a PDF as a file or as a supporting file, when a user clicks on the link it takes people out of ProductDyno and redirects to the PDF URL, which is very annoying and unprofessional. My request is that these links either open in a new window/tab by default or give us the ability to choose that option when we're uploading documents for our courses.
